After a needle aspiration the vet said it wasn't (probably wasn't) malignent. She recommended a removal. 			<title><![CDATA[ Inconclusive Biopsy or Botched biopsy ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ A nasal CT revealed a regionally extensive mass with the left caudal nasopharynx.  The vet then did an endoscopy to grab a sample.  The biopsy results showed no cancer however the vet still suspects it is cancer and explains, they were only able to get the edge of the mass, which is most likely just inflamed tissue surrounding a cancer mass.  After putting my elderly dog through this (and spending $3200) I am wondering why they did not shift the plan (after seeing location of mass on CT) and... ]]></description>

I read that surgery is not recommended because it can spread the cancer, but also heard of lazer surgery which is minimally invasive. Right now, we are dealing with treating gastroenteritis which she had last winter as well. We are of course devastated and want to do what is best for our dog. It was discovered during a routine dental cleaning and at that time, a biopsy was taken. 			<description><![CDATA[ Hello, My dog Max was diagnosed with this terrible cancer. He got sick around Dec 23 and stayed that way for a few days. He suddenly got better and got sick again last Tuesday. The vet stated he had a lot of blood in his mid section. She scraped some tissue but did not find a tumor. She stated that all organs looked okay except for some tissue that looked suspicious. She sent that tissue into a lab and their results were  Hemangiosarcoma with hemorrage. Poor prognoses.
